VEICHI Electric experiment center, covering an area of about 3,500 square meters, is managed in strict accordance with the ISO17025 system, equipped with more than 1,000 sets of domestic and foreign advanced instruments and equipment, which can provide megawatt level range of counter-tow platform units covering 10kV range of voltage levels, and carry out the relevant experimental work in accordance with the standard specifications of IEC, EN, UL, GB and so on.

The 3-meter method of radio-wave darkroom built with the most cutting-edge technology and the latest materials, and equipped with international first-class brand instruments and equipment such as Germany Rohde & Schwarz and Germany Schwarzbeck, effectively guarantee the accuracy, stability and consistency of the test results. The darkroom can conveniently and efficiently carry out radiation testing, conductivity testing, conducted immunity testing, etc., which improves the efficiency of product testing and verification and shortens the cycle of international certification.

Temperature, humidity and vibration three integrated experimental platform, the maximum thrust of 5000kgf, frequency range of 2-2500Hz, the maximum load capacity of 1 ton, can complete the low temperature/ vibration, high temperature /vibration, humidity / vibrationand other integrated test, compared with the role of a single factor, a more realistic reflection of the products in the transportation and actual use of the process of temperature, humidity and vibration of the composite environmental changes in the adaptability of the test data provide an important basis for product selection, device selection, structural design and package design. Climate Environment Laboratory

Introducing the domestic advanced level of climate class environmental experimental equipment, including 1m3 rapid temperature change test chamber, 1m3 hot and cold shock test chamber, 8m3 constant temperature and humidity chamber, 2m3 constant temperature and humidity chamber, 1m3 constant temperature and humidity chamber, salt spray test chamber, etc., which is able to carry out a number of tests, such as high temperature, low temperature, temperature shock, temperature cycling, alternating heat and humidity, in accordance with the standards of IEC, GB, GJB and so on. The laboratory can not only carry out environmental reliability test and analysis of products, failure analysis, related technology research, etc., but also check whether the various new processes, new devices and new materials applied in the design of products meet the environmental requirements, providing reliable technical support and testing for the products.

Ultra High Power and High Voltage Laboratory

In order to further improve the performance and reliability of ultra-high-power products, on the basis of the existing 400kW test platform, the company has expanded the megawatt-level motor-to-tractor test platform again, and designed the power distribution cabinet, accompanying test machine and other equipment independently, so as to improve the test capability from the test platform, and to fully ensure the high performance and reliability of ultra-high-power products. At the same time, we have built a megawatt-class medium- and high-voltage pair-drag unit, which is capable of carrying out functional tests, performance tests and type tests for 3.3kV, 6kV and 10kV voltage levels, so as to guarantee the high quality and reliability of medium-and high-voltage products.
