2024 China Hydrogen Energy Expo, VEICHI Gathers Its Products along the Industry Chain

From March 26 to 28, 2024, the China International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cells Expo was grandly held in Beijing. VEICHI Electric showcased a variety of innovative products and solutions related to the hydrogen energy at the exhibition (Booth 8B75-2), and shared its industrial chain layout with the partners.

During the exhibition, VEICHI displayed its automated innovative products regarding hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and application in various forms. In the upstream of hydrogen production, the newly launched VHP800 hydrogen production power system and solutions with high-efficiency and low-harmonic made its debut, which fully meets the current mainstream demands for alkaline electrolysis cells and PEM electrolysis cells, attracting the attention of numerous merchants and industry peers.
Moreover, VEICHI is actively expanding its presence in the midstream and downstream like hydrogen storage and application with integrated solutions to aid the sustainable development of the hydrogen energy industry.

1. VHP800-C60-T3-004/0145-LIGBT

Power Module

As a key device for conversion from green electricity to hydrogen, this product is characterized by high efficiency, low interference, precise control, wide regulation, and fast system response. It improves power density through liquid cooling for low-voltage while high-current applications with output voltage and current adjustable. It effectively enhances the energy efficiency ratio of electrolysis hydrogen production, providing a reliable and safe power supply for green electricity-hydrogen conversion systems.

2. VHP800-E60-T3-028/0145-LIGBT

Power Cabinet

This product is suitable for electrolysis cells of 200Nm³ and below. It is composed of N (N≤7) IGBT power supply modules, and allows precise and fast regulation on current, voltage and power respectively, and flexible assembly due to the modular design. Stepless change is realized from zero to full range during regulation. The cabinet body is designed with a high-strength profile frame in accordance to the load-bearing and seismic requirements, so it is suitable for harsh environments.

Power Cabinet

This is suitable for electrolysis cells above 200Nm³. The high-power system is composed of multiple IGBT power supply modules with precise and separate regulation on voltage, current, or power. The modular design facilitates free combination and expansion to provide stable, safe, and low-harmonic DC energy for large-capacity electrolysis cells.
