Promote the construction of investment projects to enhance development basis

The Suzhou Phase II AC drive and Servo System automation production base project, and the Suzhou Research and Development Center project have been put into operation, laying a solid foundation for the steady increase in production capacity and translation of R&D results. 

At the same time, the Phase III digital production base construction is underway. As of the end of 2023, VEICHI has invested approximately 226,185,400 yuan, with progress of 29.23%. Through digital IoT technology, a digital and visual factory will be created in the future to further improve internal efficiency and support the sustainable development.

Investment Project Construction

VEICHI plans to base the total number of shares on the record date for the implementation of the 2023 annual dividend and interest distribution to all shareholders, distributing a cash dividend of 2.80 yuan (including tax) per share, with an expected total cash dividend distribution of 58,872,596.72 yuan. This represents 30.86% of VEICHI net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the 2023 consolidated statement; VEICHI will not convert capital reserve into additional shares, and will not distribute bonus shares. The remaining undistributed profits will be carried over to the next fiscal year.
