The challenge:
1. Constant pressure water supply is mainly composed of a motor, a water pump, a buffer tank, a remote pressure gauge, and an AC300 inverter. Generally use terminals to start and stop.
2. The constant pressure water supply system compares the feedback signal with the given value through the remote pressure gauge. When the feedback value is higher than the sleep threshold, after the sleep time, the inverter enters the sleep state. When the feedback threshold is lower than the start threshold, the motor restarts to keep the pressure near the given value.

2. Reliable operation: the frequency converter realizes the soft start of the pump to prevent the impact of the pipe network, avoid the pipe network pressure exceeding the limit, and the pipeline rupture.

4. Perfect protection function: When a single pump fails, it will actively send out an alarm message and start the standby pump at the same time to maintain the water supply balance.

Program:
1. F00.03=8(The frequency setting channel is set as PID control setting).
2. Set the given signal source of the PID controller; (for example a 10kg water tank needs a constant pressure of 6kg; then the given setting is 6/10+F11.32 (if F11.32 is 5% at this time) =65%; If the constant pressure does not need to be too accurate at 6 kg and the wake-up deviation is small, the setting can be directly set 6/10=60%).
3. Set the PID controller feedback signal source; (voltage pressure gauge or current pressure gauge, etc.).
4. F11.29=1; (constant pressure water supply sleep is valid)
5. Set F11.30 sleep frequency at the root site; (the output frequency is lower than the sleep frequency and enters sleep after F11.31).
6. Set F11.31 sleep delay according to the scene.
7. Set F11.32 wake-up deviation; (when PID gave—wake-up deviation>PID feedback, it will stop sleeping and start).
8. Set wake-up delay; (when PID gave—wake-up deviation>PID feedback, after the time set by wake-up delay, the inverter will no longer sleep and the inverter will start).
Conclusion
