Hello everyone！

In 2021, all people of VEICHI will practice the spirit of struggle and work together to make breakthroughs and innovations. In the first year of the "Three-Year Plan", a steady increase in operating performance was achieved. Certain achievements have been made in the high-quality development of the enterprise. Here, on behalf of the company, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all employees for their hard work!

Innovation and change

Focusing on the national “dual-carbon” strategy, the company established the High-Efficiency Intelligent Industry Department in early 2021. In order to speed up the application of frequency converters in synchronous reluctance motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, synchronous direct-drive motors, high-speed motors, and other new high-efficiency energy-saving motors, and continue to improve the efficiency of energy resource utilization. At the same time, it actively promotes the high-quality development of smart manufacturing, digital factories, and green industries. Provide comprehensive solutions for machine tools, textile, packaging, mining, and other industries.

 In 2021, the company will continue to increase the research and development of key technologies and product iterations. Focus on the improvement of independent innovation ability and product performance, promote the progress of products and services, complete the motor adaptive flux observation technology and the MTPA online search algorithm for reluctance motors, and further consolidate the performance advantages in the field of the motor drive. At the same time, breakthroughs have been made in the application of silicon carbide, laminated busbars, and short-circuit current sharing design technology, which has established a competitive advantage for industry products. We have also achieved results in electromagnetic compatibility, STO safety function certification, etc., and continue to expand to the fields of high reliability, high performance, and high-quality requirements. Give full play to the competitive advantages of local brands and continue to promote the import substitution strategy.

 In 2021, the company will further improve the layout of industrial automation products, expand product categories horizontally, and deepen product supporting capabilities vertically. Products such as AC800 series multi-motor drive inverters, V7E series servo motors, SD710 series drives, SD700-NA servo drives, and sensors have been introduced successively. And established a control system subsidiary company. With the help of a wealth of product series, broaden market segments and open a new stage of industrial automation solutions.

In 2021, the company introduced the ISC system integrated supply chain system. Realize the end-to-end whole-process integration and optimization of the supply chain, open up cross-departmental connections, eliminate process breakpoints, and form standardized supply chain management. Respond quickly to customer needs and achieve high-quality delivery of products.

Go forward courageously

 In the new year, we will adhere to the strategic policy of making up for shortcomings, strengths, and weaknesses, optimizing mechanisms, and activating power. Fully implement the new development concept, strive to advance, and write a new chapter in the development of the enterprise.

The second phase of the Suzhou VEICHI project is under construction and is expected to be gradually delivered to use by the end of 2022. The company will increase investment in automated production equipment and R&D laboratories. In order to further promote the level of automated production, and scientifically deploy R&D laboratories, improve experimental conditions to improve the company's R&D capabilities and levels. At the same time, the company will also establish R&D centers in professional talent gathering places and key areas to attract localized talents. Adhere to technological innovation to promote the double growth of scale and profit, so that the company will be stable and far-reaching on the road of high-quality development.

Create value and grow together

 In 2022, the domestic and international environment will be severe and complex, and the prospects for global economic recovery will be full of uncertainties. The downward pressure on the economy has increased and the task is arduous. We will continue to deepen reforms, closely following the development thinking of "clear goals, established strategies, and well-executed". Go forward courageously. The person in charge of each department should lead by example and dare to take responsibility to stimulate the company's new development momentum.
